This Thanksgiving I wanted to conduct a little photography experiment with my family and they were kind enough to oblige. I wanted to see if I could take photos of them in small groups and then piece them together into a large group photo. Here are a few shots from the shoot and the result of my experiment. I definitely wouldn't call it a rousing success but it certainly was a valuable learning experience.

I think this is a great idea and the collage is perfect! This would have been a great idea for my family this Christmas...it seemed someone was always missing from the group at picture time!
